1. Who you are contracting with

Tribe ("the Service") is operated by Onesimus Capital, LLC ("we", "us", "Onesimus Capital"), trading as Tribe. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

2. The Service

Tribe helps groups plan trips together: shared dates and budgets, AI-generated trip options, voting, itineraries, expense splitting and group chat. We are not a travel agency, tour operator or booking provider. Bookings you make with airlines, hotels or other suppliers are contracts between you and that supplier.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or harassment;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including malware, probing, scraping or circumventing technical limits (such as AI credit allowances);
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service.

5. AI features

Tribe uses generative AI to suggest destinations, itineraries, cost estimates and chat replies. You must not use AI features to generate illegal content, hate speech, deepfakes, malware, or to attempt to jailbreak the models. You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use outputs, and for having the rights to any content you input.

AI outputs may be inaccurate or out of date. All prices, availability and travel information shown are estimates only — verify them with the supplier before booking. Outputs are not financial, legal, medical or other professional advice.

We may moderate content, filter or refuse outputs, remove material and suspend accounts. Rights-holders may contact us to request takedown of infringing content; repeat infringers will lose access.

6. Content you and your group post

You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to provide the Service to you and your trip members.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your selected plan.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, scraping, or use of any part of the Service to build a competing product is prohibited. "Tribe" and "TribeTrip", the Tribe logo and associated marks are trademarks of Onesimus Capital, LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Tribe's core planning features are free. Tribe Pro is a paid monthly subscription that increases your AI credit allowance; current prices are on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

Subscriptions are sold by Onesimus Capital, LLC and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles payment processing, tax calculation and collection, receipts and transaction-level billing support on our behalf; your bank or card statement may show a Link/Stripe descriptor alongside our name. Cancellation and refund mechanics are set out in our refund policy.

9. Service level

We work to keep Tribe available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using Tribe at any time. On termination you may export your trip data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and disputes will be heard by its courts. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. We may update these Terms and will update the date above.
