Tribe is operated by Onesimus Capital, LLC. Core trip planning is free, so the only thing you can pay for is a Tribe Pro subscription.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Tribe Pro, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation needed.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@tribetrip.app with your order email or receipt and we'll arrange it. Refunds are issued through Stripe, our payment processor, back to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your profile, which opens the secure billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro AI credits until the end of the current billing period.
Travel bookings
Flights, accommodation and activities you book through third-party suppliers are not purchased from us. Those refunds follow the supplier's own policy.
